NDIC website is down

As many of you may have noticed the NDIC site is down. The outage is caused by a loss of power at the state capital. In addition to the NDIC site many other North Dakota state servers are also down. My last update at ~ 5:00 P.M. did not give an estimated time for any of the services coming back online.
